Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Groundcare & Turf Machinery / Assistant Branch Manager Salary: £Competitive, depending on experience, plus company car Hours: Full Time –Monday to Friday About your new role: You will be responsible for the sale of Groundcare machinery / equipment across Lincolnshire. This role is a mixture of new business and existing client accounts.
You will also be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the branch, whilst ensuring you are promoting the company’s image by attracting new customer accounts and maintaining existing customers. What you will need to succeed:
Good, sound knowledge of Groundcare machinery / equipment
Achieve Sales Performance targets set out
Excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone
Target driven with the ability to upsell to achieve and exceed targets
Have the ability to be influencing and persuading and able close a deal
Have the ability where necessary to demonstrate equipment
Full Driving license is required
A team player-capable of working alone and with other members of the branch team
